Personal training is exactly that, personal. It gives us as the trainers the ability to identify, programme for, and improve any deficiencies in your movement patterns with unbroken attention.
Many who are in the initial phases of their training choose to have gym sessions to themselves for a myriad of reasons. Such as a specific goal that requires specific training.
Other times we suggest one on one sessions initially to ensure your technique and movement capabilities are sufficient before we can introduce you to semi private sessions.
Lastly, some people just prefer to train solo rather than with others.
